"The care I received from Dr. Neuman was exceptional! He truly cares about his patients. He listened attentively to my concerns throughout my pregnancy and answered all of my questions in a caring and professional way. His entire staff displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable during every visit. After switching to Dr. Neuman (after a bad experience with a different practice during my first pregnancy), I loved Dr. Neuman immediately. I’m the type of patient that questions everything and Dr. Neuman always answered all of my questions. He was never pushy or arrogant like some doctors can be. He was always available if I had a question or concern. He is extremely knowledgeable and I fully trusted him throughout my pregnancy and during my c-section surgery. My recovery was a million times better with Dr. Neuman at Mount Sinai South Nassau - I had an excellent experience during and after my c-section and highly recommend everyone at South Nassau! Dr. Neuman - your expertise and exceptional care have made a real difference. "Late bloomer as I gave birth at 45, almost 46. Dr. N was supportive and encouraging the whole way through. I felt well cared. I wasn’t over managed; it was a warm feeling to just enjoy pregnancy without constant talk/panic about my age. He’s super smart and that’s just a bonus on top of his kindness and bedside manner. Highly recommend especially for first time mamas!"
"I have been meaning to leave a review for months now! My only regret is that I did not meet Dr. Neuman and his team until my second baby. What a difference between my first pregnancy journey and C-section recovery and my second, with having him as my doctor. He is probably the best doctor I have ever had. I went through three previous doctors and offices, prior to moving over to him and his team. Not only do they not overbook patients (ever!) and make you wait in the waiting room for hours… they really get to know their patients and you don’t feel like you see a different person every time you go, who doesn’t even read your chart prior to meeting with you (which is the worst). I’m actually sad that I won’t be seeing him as often anymore, only at my annual check ups. It was such an easy, stress-free, pregnancy, and delivery with him as my doctor. I ended up having the baby two weeks early and needing a C-section, and everything from beginning to end was so easy. I also had a C-section with my first baby, different doctor, different hospital, and it was an absolute nightmare. Truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being such an awesome doctor, and having such an awesome staff… It truly makes such a difference. Best doctor, ever!"

"The best OB. Was going through some infertility issues when I first saw Dr. Neuman. Every doctor before just added more stress and more or less blamed me for my lack of success. It was completely defeating. When I came to see Dr. Neuman, it was just because he was closer to my home. While I’m normally not the emotional type, I was in tears the first time I saw him because he spent a lot of the visit comforting me and explaining that my fertility issues were not my fault, and that we would work on them and there was hope. He gave me some tips and tricks, and a lot of different options of paths we could explore to help me conceive and help me feel in control of the process, something I hadn’t felt in a long time. Lo and behold, a month and a half later, I got the positive test. Since then he’s been a patient OB, I look forward to my visits, he answers all my questions and I never feel rushed out. Couldn’t be happier."

"I already gave 5 stars on Zocdoc but I just had to write a review again. I’ve had male gynecologists in the past that were inappropriate and did not take my concerns seriously, they made me feel very insecure and shamed, so coming to Dr. Neuman’s office I was skeptical at first having another male gynecologist, but was pleasantly surprised to have found that he is very caring, patient, and understanding towards his patients. Universally I feel that all women to some degree hate going to the gynecologist because of course it’s very invasive and can be embarrassing, however Dr. Neuman makes the environment very welcoming and safe. I’m not the best when getting blood drawn and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and alright as the technician/nurse (who is also wonderfully sweet) was drawing my blood. I feel heard, seen and understood whenever I go to see him for my visits. He’s a doctor who very evidently cares about his patients and his practice. I 10/10 recommend Dr. Neuman as a gynecologist."

"Dr. Neuman is a wonderful doctor. After having an extremely complicated first pregnancy, and receiving clearance to switch from a high risk OB-GYN located in the City to a local doctor in LI midway through my 2nd pregnancy, I was very anxious in making sure I chose the right person. Not only did Dr. Neuman exceed expectations in his competence and knowledge, but he also gave me some of the best emotional support I've ever received from a doctor. Having tons of worry from my prior pregnancy, Dr. Neuman was reassuring and understanding. He never got frustrated with me and was very comforting when I needed it. In our country, it is very hard to find that kind of care within our healthcare practices, but it is so important for the patient experience. Dr. Neuman did a wonderful job on my c-section and I will choose him again if I ever have another pregnancy."

"AMAAAZZINGGGGGG! Dr.Neuman is heaven sent! To the point that when he left his first office (which was closer to my home) I followed him to his new office (which is further away) but when you find a doctor that provides comfort, and trust you keep them! It’s so rare to find a doctor that makes you extremely comfortable! I felt important throughout my whole pregnancy but whats really good is I felt EXTREMELY important and heard during my delivery (and my moms know how important that is when in labor) there’s usually so much going on and many doctors/nurses just like to do whats easiest for them but Dr.Neuman made sure I was comfortable and provided me with a staff that possessed the same qualities. The staff at his office are amazing , full if great energy and also make me feel super comfortable and heard! I feel like I’m related to these people lol! I know some women are weirded off by a male OB but I feel more comfortable with Dr.Neuman than I’ve ever felt with any fenale OB EVER!"
